Many Med Spas own only a few devices and try to address every concern with them. K2 takes a more personalized approach. Dr. Pamela Kulback selected a wide range of aesthetic technologies so the treatment can be matched to the patient instead of approaching every concern with the same device. Options include Agnes RF for targeted concerns, Virtue RF for skin texture and firmness, PDO Thread Lifting for non-surgical lifting and PRX DermPerfexion for skin revitalization with minimal visible downtime.
K2 is physician-led, but it is also a team. Dr. Kulback leads the medical side of the practice and personally provides injectables, PDO thread lifting and regenerative procedures. Licensed esthetician Jaqueline Pedroso provides custom facials, HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling, AQUAfirme XS and other non-invasive aesthetic services within her professional role and K2’s physician-led protocols.
Aesthetics is only part of what happens at K2. Dr. Kulback also provides PRP joint and tendon treatments, multiple approaches to hair restoration and advanced options for bladder control and intimate wellness, including Emsella, the O-Shot and the P-Shot. She trained directly with Dr. Charles Runels, the physician who developed the O-Shot and P-Shot.

Licensed esthetician Jaqueline Pedroso provides custom facials, HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling, AQUAfirme XS and many of K2’s non-invasive aesthetic services. The K2 team works together under physician-led protocols to provide personalized treatment plans.
K2 is actively led by Dr. Pamela Kulback, a board-certified physician with decades of experience in medical imaging, anatomy and patient care. She evaluates patients, performs medical and regenerative treatments and works directly with K2’s aesthetic team. This physician-led approach allows K2 to create advanced treatment plans that consider the patient’s anatomy, skin, treatment history and goals.
Your consultation begins with a conversation about what is bothering you, what you hope to improve and what kind of results would feel natural to you. Dr. Kulback or the appropriate K2 team member will evaluate the treatment area, explain suitable options and create a personalized plan. You will also receive information about pricing, preparation, recovery and treatment timing before moving forward.
Pricing depends on the treatment, the area being treated and the individual plan. Injectables may be priced by unit or syringe, while laser, radiofrequency and other device-based services may be priced by session or series. K2 explains the recommended plan and total price before treatment is scheduled.
Yes. K2 offers financing options through CareCredit and PatientFi, giving patients different ways to divide eligible treatment costs into manageable payments. The K2 team can explain the available options and help you determine which financing provider may better fit your needs.
Not necessarily. K2 offers non-surgical options for improving the jawline, including Agnes RF, PDO thread lifting and combination treatments. Agnes RF can target small areas of unwanted fullness, while PDO threads can reposition and support loose tissue. Dr. Kulback evaluates the patient’s facial structure and degree of laxity before creating a treatment plan.
Botox and Dysport are injectable neuromodulators used to temporarily soften expression lines caused by repeated muscle movement. Although they work similarly, they have different formulations and may spread or take effect differently. Dr. Kulback recommends the product, placement and dosage based on the treatment area, facial movement and the patient’s desired outcome.
Yes. K2 offers technologies and skincare treatments that can be customized for a wide range of skin tones and concerns. Skin tone, skin type, treatment history and the specific concern are considered when selecting a device and its settings. Options may include Motus AZ+, Virtue RF, Agnes RF, PRX DermPerfexion, SkinPen microneedling and personalized facial treatments.
Yes. Combination treatment plans are one of K2’s strengths. Agnes RF may be used to target unwanted fullness before PDO threads are placed to lift the remaining tissue. Laser resurfacing may be combined with radiofrequency microneedling to address tone, texture and firmness. Dr. Kulback sequences treatments so each step supports the patient’s overall plan.
Yes. K2 offers aesthetic, hair, body and regenerative treatments for men. Options include Botox, Dysport, laser hair removal, body contouring, hair restoration, PRP joint and tendon treatments, Emsella and the P-Shot. Treatment plans are personalized around the patient’s concerns, goals and lifestyle.
K2 offers the O-Shot, P-Shot and Emsella to help women and men improve intimate wellness, function and confidence without surgery. The O-Shot uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from the patient’s own blood and placed in targeted intimate areas to support sensitivity, arousal, natural lubrication, tissue health and bladder control. The P-Shot uses the patient’s own platelet-rich plasma to support circulation, sensitivity, erectile function and sexual performance. Emsella strengthens the pelvic floor through powerful muscle contractions while the patient remains fully clothed. Dr. Pamela Kulback trained directly with Dr. Charles Runels, the physician who developed the O-Shot and P-Shot, and personally performs these treatments at K2.
K2 offers multiple physician-guided hair restoration methods for women and men. DE|RIVE is a plant-derived exosome treatment that may be infused into the scalp with AQUAfirme XS or delivered through scalp microneedling. PRP is a separate treatment that uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from the patient’s own blood and microneedled into the scalp. PRFM is also separate from DE|RIVE and PRP. It is a more concentrated platelet-based preparation that forms a fibrin matrix before being microneedled into the scalp. Dr. Kulback discusses the available methods with each patient and determines the treatment protocol based on the patient’s hair, scalp, goals and preferences.
Scheduling one to two weeks in advance is generally recommended. If you are planning for a wedding, reunion, photographs or another important event, share the date when requesting your consultation. Some treatments provide gradual improvement, so the K2 team can help plan an appropriate timeline.
