Agnes RF is a monopolar radiofrequency microneedling device with a single insulated microneedle, which allows very precise targeting. Dr. Kulback uses it for small areas such as fullness under the chin, under-eye puffiness, bra-line fullness and softened jawline definition.
PHYSIQ 360 uses Sequential Thermal and Electrical Pulse technology, combining deep heating that targets fat with electrical muscle stimulation that engages muscle. Four applicators can treat multiple areas in a single session. Common treatment zones include the abdomen, thighs, arms and flanks.
Most patients complete a series of sessions rather than a single treatment. Changes typically develop gradually over several weeks as the body processes treated fat and the underlying muscle responds. Dr. Kulback recommends a session count during your consultation based on the areas being treated.
Deep RF Body is one of three hand pieces on the Virtue RF platform. It delivers radiofrequency energy through microneedles at controlled depths to stimulate collagen and elastin. It is used on larger areas such as the abdomen and upper arms, and for the appearance of cellulite and stretch marks.

Today was my first-time getting a Dysport injection as a prevention as well as my first-time visit to Dr. Pamela Kulback's office. She and her staff are top-notch! They're friendly, knowledgeable, and will treat you like family. Dr. Kulback will forever be my doctor because she takes her time listening to your needs. She's so caring and compassionate. Her receptionist is such a sweetheart and even gave me a few skincare samples to try. She also has an esthetician who checked on me to see if I was okay. You guys, if you're looking to get any type of anti-aging, etc. services, she's the one and ONLY ONE!!! 10/10
