Meet Dr. Pamela Kulback

Yes. Dr. Kulback owns the practice, works there full-time and evaluates every patient herself. She performs the injectables, PDO thread lifting and regenerative procedures personally rather than delegating them or supervising from another location.

Dr. Kulback graduated with honors from UAB Medical School. She completed a medicine internship and radiology residency at the University of Arkansas, then a nuclear medicine residency and a cardiothoracic radiology fellowship in Birmingham. She earlier earned a nursing degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College.

Since 2000. Dr. Kulback shifted her focus to aesthetic and anti-aging medicine that year, drawing on her background in interventional radiology and imaging. She opened K2 Restorative Medicine and Med-Spa in late 2018, after nearly two decades of focused work in the field.

Dr. Kulback performs injectables, PDO thread lifting, PRP and regenerative procedures including the O-Shot and P-Shot. She also evaluates each patient and builds the treatment plan. A licensed esthetician provides facials, HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling and AQUAfirme XS under physician-led protocols.
