Dr. Pamela Kulback is a highly trained board -certified physician who has a passion for helping her patients feel and look their best naturally. She attends multiple conferences and training sessions annually to keep up to date and bring to her patients the latest technology and procedures.
Dr Kulback grew up on the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia, but has lived in Birmingham most of her professional life. She came to Alabama, after obtaining a BS degree in Nursing from West Virginia Wesleyan College, To get a Masters degree in Cardiothorasic Nursing. She then attended UAB Medical School and graduated with honors. Dr Kulback did a Medicine Internship and Radiology Residency at the University of Arkansas and then returned to Birmingham to do a Nuclear Medicine Residency and a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Radiology.
After her training was completed Dr Kulback practiced many years at Carraway Methodist Medical Center doing general and interventional radiology as well as at Cooper Green Hospital. She then did outpatient imaging. In 2000 she attended the first international conference on aging and became passionate about antiaging procedures and lifestyle. Her interventional skills, physics background and imaging skills were an ideal fit for aesthetic medicine. Dr. Pamela Kulback is the owner and Medical Director at K2 Restorative Med Spa in Trussville, Alabama providing the latest cutting edge aesthetic procedures.
