Sculptra averages 12 to 18 months and can last up to two years in some patients. Because it works by stimulating your own collagen, how long it holds depends heavily on your individual response and how much product was used.

Radiesse averages 12 to 18 months. Like Sculptra, it builds collagen rather than simply filling space, which is why it outlasts standard HA filler.
