As we age, unfortunately, our skin loses collagen, which can cause loose skin, and volume loss. In addition women and men often experience enlarged pores, dull skin and uneven skin tone. Skin Texture is an important part of beautiful healthy-looking skin.
With aging, the skin begins to appear more “droopy” due to the loss of collagen and elastin fibers. This “sagginess” can make a person appear older and feel less attractive. Everything LITERALLY heads south as we age.
Enlarged pores and rough skin texture are a concern for many and is often the reason for insecurity in many women and men. Enlarged pores can be caused by oily skin, aging, and exposure to certain environmental elements, among other things. Undesirable skin texture is often attributed to improper cleansing techniques, smoking, excessive sun exposure, and diet. Of course, genetics and aging always play a role in all of the above conditions.
